do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the PRESIDENT of Norvic Incorporated., the duly registered owner of the property
located at 9 William St Mandaluyong City;

2. That the said property is being of occupied and lawfully possessed by FOCUS GLOBAL INC.

3. That FOCUS GLOBAL INC has occupied the property “as is where is and has not since
introduced any renovation or improvement on the said property”.
