Topic Module 5:Food and Health

Content Standard Main: 2.1 Communicate simple information intelligibly

Complementary:  1.2 Understand meaning in a variety of familiar contexts

Learning standard Main:   2.1.1 Give detailed information about themselves

Complementary:  1.2.5 Understand a sequence of supported questions

Objectives Main:  At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to give detailed
information during their dialogue.

Complementary: At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to listen and
discuss food prices.

Success criteria Student able to:


1. give at least 2 detailed information in their dialogues.
2. listen and discuss why food prices are expensive.

Activity 1. Pupils practise the dialogue using different items from the menu.
2. Pupils refer to Activity 6. Pupils swap roles with their pairs. Teacher asks
pupils to choose the situation. 
3. Pupils are given some time to prepare their dialogues and practise it.
4. Pupils perform their dialogues in front of the class.
5. Teacher asks pupils if they think vegetarian food is more expensive than
other food. Pupils look at the menu and share their thoughts. Pupils discuss
why some food and drink are expensive.

Objektif Pembelajaran Di akhir PDP murid dapat:

i. Menyatakan kepelbagaian agama daa kepercayaan


masyarakat di Malaysia.
ii.Menyenaraikan rumah-rumah ibadat yang terdapat di
Malaysia.

Aktiviti 1. Guru menayangkan slaid video yang menunjukkan kebudayaan

2. Guru dan murid bersoal jawab tentang tayangan video yang
ditunjukkan.
3. Murid menyebut nama agama,kepercayaan dan rumah ibadat
yang terdapat dalam video tersebut.
4. Murid diminta menggunting dan menampal gambar-gambar
rumah ibadat yang terdapat di Malaysia.
5. Guru membentuk kumpulan dan meminta setiap kumpulan
membincangkan kepentingan menghormati pelbagai agama bagi
mewujudkan keharmonian.
6 Murid membentangkan hasil perbincangan setiap kumpulan.
7. Murid membuat latihan dalam lembaran kerja.
