Project Title : Anthem 
Position : Java/J2EE Programmer.
Duration : Sep 2021 to Till date.

Project Description:

ACMP Application will get Preauthorization Request from different intake systems and ACMP will
create unique case id for each request. It will create a shadow copy of the case in the WMDS
application. While creating a case in ACMP, it will do the processes like Calculate TAT, assigning to
Queue, etc. The functionalities available for the users in the ACMP are grouped into different tabs in
UI for managing the case details easily and effectively.

Functional Assumptions:
• Anthem Care Management Platform (ACMP) system will receive feed from Gateway
system.
• Gateway system is the team which manages the intake feed and then passes to ACMP or
WMDS
• The ACMP will receive the feed in the form of CCF, it’s having the all information
about the case which type of case, member ID, subscriber ID, authorization identifier
etc.

Project Title : Pulse
Position : Java/J2EE Programmer
Duration : Jan 2020 to Aug 2021
Project Description:
Pulse is an application that supports the service delivery process including project
management, workforce management, resourcing time entry and partner invoice management. It is
deeply tied into the Oracle ERP system and acts as an overlay to the PSA module. Many functions
have been moved from the PSA HTML UI into Pulse, which effectively makes Pulse a business critical
application. If Pulse would be unavailable, business critical processes would be blocked such as time
entry or project creation.
Therefore, it is important for the business that a standard support model is implemented for
Pulse that is according to a Tier 2 application to provide business continuity. This document describes
the expectations from the business side on this support.

Project Title : Customer Service Platform (CSP)

Project Description:
Customer Service Platform for handling the customer Trouble Tickets. It will provide the
Functionalities for creating Customer suggestions, feedbacks, requests, complaints and other details
in to the system. CSP supports Call Routing functionality for Customer agents and administrators. It
will Monitor all the activities of agents and Trouble Tickets, It provides the help for customers as well
as agents. This is the core module for IP based Customer care. It has various Modules for various
functionalities.
