asa, Quezon City, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make,
constitute and appoint JANICE CARUBIO SULIT, of legal age, Filipino, married
to RAYMUND DAGUS SULIT, and residents of Block 14 Lot 260 Phase 1N
Southville 8C, San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal, to be my true and lawful Attorney-
In-Fact for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things, namely:

1. To transact regarding with the property situated in the Block 14 Lot 257
Phase/Site I-N1/1 Southville 8-C Housing Project, Brgy. San Isidro,
Rodriguez, Rizal;

2. To do and perform any other act or things with the object and intention
of full and complete satisfaction and performance of the powers and
authority herein given;

3. To process, negotiate, transact, sign, execute, make, seal, fill-up, follow-

up, deliver, submit, receive, and claim any and all pertaining documents
and to perform and execute any and all acts that might be necessary for
the satisfaction of given authorization.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and to perform all every act and thing which may be
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might lawfully do as if personally present unto my said ATTY-IN-
