Assessment Summary
Read all the instructions below before attempting the assessment task. Assessment tasks are tools
used to determine if you have the knowledge and skills to complete tasks to industry standards within
the workplace. Your trainer/assessor will help you throughout this task and it is your responsibility to
provide enough evidence to justify a competent decision by the trainer/assessor. If you do not
understand the questions or what is required, ask your trainer/assessor for assistance.
You are to complete all tasks by the due date and assessments must have a coversheet attached. If
you think you do not have enough time to complete the tasks by the due date, discuss with the
trainer/assessor the reasons of why you cannot submit on time. Assessment tasks submitted late may
not be accepted by your trainer/assessor, leaving the learner with a Not Yet Competent (NYC) result.

REFLECTION REPORT
Corrections:
Reflection on the marketing presentation.
In the following writing, I am going to describe what factors an oral presentation must have
to be successful and what we must take into account so that the graphic and dispositive aids
are attractive to the public and we achieve the objective, which is that the public
understands the message that we want. make the information known and relevant to
people.
The first thing that we must take into account for a presentation is the planning and
preparation, which is key to its success, we must create our own presentation that is original
and not downloaded from the internet because fraud is penalized and additionally you
could not speak with ownership of the subject, second before designing the presentation we
must prioritize and structure the information, place the main ideas and order them so that
they make sense and order when presenting them, third the tone of voice, attitude and
personal presentation to The timing of the presentation is also key to its success.
Speaking of the presentation itself, the ideal is to put one idea per slide, not to write
everything that is going to be said so that you can talk more extensively about that idea and
not everything is left on the slide, the size and colour of the letter is important. It must be
clear and legible. Little text and a lot of images should be used to make it attractive and
spread interest in the subject to the public.
Another important factor is time, you must meet the requirements of the oral presentation
and, above all, respect time and leave a few final minutes so that people can ask questions
and interact with the public.
The strengths in my presentation were the visual help of canvas, it is a very good tool to
make the slides since it has different ways of putting the images and the texts, my
weaknesses were that I must practice my fluency in English more so that it is more the
presentation was enjoyable, it was also difficult for me to record the video within the canvas
presentation because I had never done it and spent a lot of time doing it, but in the end I
was able to do it, additionally I would have liked the exhibition to be face-to-face since when
making a video I cannot interact with the public and I find it more interesting that they can
ask questions and make contributions in real-time.
One tool that I would have liked to use is the brochures that are given to each person
attending the presentation so that they can be guided and follow the thread of the
presentation additionally, they can take it home and share that information with family and
friends, another thing that I would have liked to use is to put interactive videos on the
subject to make the presentation more pleasant and understandable.
In the future, I would like to prepare the presentation more in advance and be able to reach
the public in the right way. In the same way, it was a very good exercise, and I learned a lot
of positive lessons from making this presentation.
