Ingredients
The first dish, the escudella is a famous dish because it represents traditional Catalan
gastronomy.
· Cook the bones in cold water in a large pot. When the water starts to boil, add the
chickpeas and cook for two hours over low heat. After that time we will incorporate the
chicken and let it cook for about half an hour more.
· Then add the potato and the chopped cabbage and the sausage together with the balls and
let it cook for about 30 minutes.
· To make the balls we must put the minced meat in a bowl and add the eggs and the
breadcrumbs, mix everything and pour a little milk, so that they are more fluffy.
· Later, when everything is well mixed with a compact texture, we can make the balls of the
size we want, we will pass them through the flour and we will reserve them until we add
them to the broth.
· We put them in the broth and let it cook for 2 hours and we would have it done.
500g of veal fillets, 3 ripe tomatoes, 1 large onion,, 2 cloves of garlic, 50g of mushrooms,
150ml white wine, 1 bay leaf, 50g of pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour for batter, 2
glasses of water
· We put salt and ground pepper on the beef fillets, pass them through flour.
· Put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the files on both sides. We take them out and put them
in a pot.
· In the same pan, fry the chopped onion and the sliced carrots. When they are golden we
add them to the fillets with water until they are covered. Let them boil for at least 1 hour (if
we make them in a pressure cooker about 30 minutes).
· Meanwhile, put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with the chopped garlic and
parsley. When they are done, remove them from the heat and reserve them. Once the hour
has passed, add the mushrooms and let it all boil together until the broth is thick and the
fillets are tender.
Ingredients
160g oreo cookies, 50g unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vainilla, 600 ml of cream, 100 ml of milk,
250g cheese spread, philadelphia, 250g white chocolate, 150g white sugar, 1 sachet of curd,
80g oreo cookies.
· Place the cookies in a bag that you can close and with the help of a rolling pin crush all the
cookies very well until they are almost like powder.
· Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath and then add this liquid to the previously
crushed cookies. Mix very well so that all the biscuit is moistened.
· Place this mixture inside the mold and press until you get a flat and uniform surface.
· Place the mold in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
· Place the cookies in a bag that you can close and with the help of a rolling pin crush all the
cookies very well until they are almost like powder.
· Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath and then add this liquid to the previously
crushed cookies. Mix very well so that all the biscuit is moistened.
· Place this mixture inside the mold and press until you get a flat and uniform surface.
· Place the mold in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
