For the said period I was assigned to lambayong, and currently being assigned in President ‘After which I joined the Department of He 8 years with Department under the Nurse Tacurong City and municipalities of Isulan, Quirino, Sultan Kudarat. 1 was also assigned at the Provincial DOH Office as Kalusugan Pangkahalatan Focal Person for District 2 area of Sultan Kudarat Province (Bagumbayan, Esperanza, Senator Ninoy Aquino, Lebak, Kalamansig, and Palimbang) from the year 2014-2017 handling National Immunization and Family Planning Program as such I conduct the monitoring, validation and consolidation of Reports on these programs for province. Also, I have facilitated and assisted the conduct of Municipal Health System Strengthening Programs. For the year 2021, I have been assisting the Covid 19 Vaccination Activities as Data Manager overseeing the technical aspect of the program.
