Overview

Apple is an American technology company that has a wide set of products which
.include computers, tablets, cellphones, television products and wearable devices

Apple is the world's largest technology company by its earnings. It is one of the Big
Five American information technology companies, along with Amazon, Microsoft,
.Google, and Facebook

Apple was established in California on April 1, 1976, co-founded by Steve Jobs and
.Steve Wozniak the company was called "Apple Computer, Inc

Apple Inc. has established a unique reputation in the consumer electronics industry.
Apple has attracted a customer base that is devoted to the company and It has a
high level of brand loyalty and is ranked as the world's most valuable brand and
Apple has high competitiveness and high bargaining power.Apple continued to
create and develop its electronic devices.[1]

Background

Apple was founded on April 1, 1976, by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, who brought
to the new company a vision of changing the way people look at devices. They
wanted to make small devices for people to have them in their homes or offices and
whatever they go with simple and user-friendly. Jobs and Wozniak started building
the Apple in Jobs' garage, Apple revolutionized the computer industry with the
introduction of the first-ever color graphics.1 Sales jumped from $7.8 million to $117
.million in 1980 and from here Apple became public

In 1983 Wozniak left Apple and, in this time, Jobs hired PepsiCo's John Sculley to be
president, this step have negative result because they did not agree so Jobs left in
1985 and he founded his own company NeXT Software and he also bought Pixar
(Animation Studios) which later become a big success in computer animation.
In1980s Apple was still working well and all this success was due to plans that Jobs
.had set before he left

Over the years Apple's market suffered slowly and experts said the company would
lose until 1997 Apple needed an operating system so they bought NeXT Software
(Jobs' company) and the board of directors asked for some help from Steve Jobs. So,
he became a CEO and he decided to make some changes. He forged an alliance with
Microsoft to create a Mac version of its popular office software. Not long after this
decision was the turning point for the company. Jobs revamped the computers and
introduced the iBook (a personal laptop) followed by iPod, an mp3 player, which
became popular. Apple's have huge profits and become one of the most powerful
