he also feels that his brothers will transfer/sell some prime properties and are also not
accounting for the rents received from the tenants. The total worth of the assets are more than
50 crores.

over the flats to the buyers.
a) The flat buyers seek to form a flat buyers association and file a suit against Tej
Builders Ltd. Explain to them the provisions in the CPC to form such an
association and file a suit. ( 4 marks )
b) Mr. Mohan has been appointed as the Secretary of this association.Mr. Chetan
seeks to enter into some agreement with Mr. Mohan. Which provisions of the
CPC 1908 will have to be followed to reach a settlement.?

c) Mr. Deepak is the labour contractor who has not been paid by Tej Builders Ltd.
Mr. Mohan seeks to know if Mr. Deepak can join the association: Clarify. (2

e) Mr. Dinesh a flat buyer and a member of the association seeks to file a separate
suit for damages against the builder post the suit being disposed in terms of the
