SHAFT MATERIALS
Guide Rails : T-Series Guide rails shall be continuous throughout the entire length
right from the bottom of the pit floor to the top most floor served plus
additional length as may be required for smooth operation.
Traveling cable, wiring : Necessary traveling flat cables & wire as per international standards size
& number.
Suspension rope : Rope shall be of bright steel wires with fibber cores as per international
standards.
Safety gear : Gradual type safety gear actuated by the speed governor to be installed
in the machine room above the Hoist way.
Buffer : Energy absorbing oil buffer for speed more than 1 m/sec, oil/spring

REMARKS

3. If buyer fail to pay the installment in time, the Port demurrage & Bank interest arises, which will be on buyer
account and the seller will not responsible to supply the materials in schedule time.
4. The buyer will arrange 220 Volts supply for installation works & make available 440 volts power source at
machine room with circuit breaker of appropriate size, separate earthling line to machine room. If the volt is not
enough to run the lift, the buyer will supply AVR of required capacity to run the lift smoothly.
