A. Function
To tell an action or event which has been
completed or which has happened in a period of
time up to now.
(=Untuk menyatakan suatu aksi atau situasi
yang telah selesai pada suatu titik waktu tertentu di
masa lalu namun efeknya masih berlanjut atau aksi
atau situasi yang telah dimulai di masa lalu dan
masih berlanjut sampai sekarang).

C. Examples and Pattern:
Verbal :

Pattern: S + have / has + Verb 3 (Past
Participle)
Non Verbal:
