Please advise as to the status of the $428,000 check for the repurchase of the borrower loans listed below. The Robert Warwick's January ACH payment was NSF yesterday and she is now seriously delinquent on her mortgage with 1" Fidelity and is in serious
risk of foreclosure. It's been two weeks since we agreed on the repurchase and I have been holding off on sending emai ls and other correspondence to the State of Maryland Department of Financial Regulation wh ich they have demanded, in anticipation
that Chase would expedite the check and honor th e agreement.

Shou ld I follow up with Launi directly regarding the payment?
