Wedding Risk Management Plan

Unplanned occurrences such as an unanticipated high number of guests, unexpected rain

or storm, power outage, disaster (fire or accident), unforeseen expenses, and last-minute

preparations are all considered and evaluated while doing a risk analysis for an upcoming

wedding (Kates, & Clark, 1996). Described here is the process I used to arrange the event, as

well as some of the risks I encountered that had to be avoided.

How to evaluate the risks

Loss of vendor-0.1

The level of search/missing of bride/grom-0.1

Uninvited/unwanted guest-0.2

Medical Surgery-0.2

Weather changes-0.3

Budget poorly done-0.25

Failing of the attires- 0.3
