( INDIVIDUAL AND DUAL SPORTS )
Answer the following question comprehensively.
1. What is the individual and dual sports?
- Dual sports are those that call for two participants on each side, as
opposed to individual sports, where participation is possible without
a partner.
2. Categorize the different individual and dual sports?
In individual sports it includes:
- Skiing
- Archery
- Golf
- Ice skating and many more.
In dual sports it includes:
- Badminton
- Lawn tennis
- Surfing
- Swimming
- Table tennis and many more.
3. What is aquatics?
- Aquatics it is the motor activities that perform in water that have a
purpose. Or should I say it is all about swimming. Such as jet ski,
surfing and many more. Motor activities it can helps us to protect
and safety our self.
4. Why sports is important?
- Sports are workouts that can help keep our minds and body muscles
engaged and in excellent health, which encourages us to be more
active in everyday life.
5. What are the beneficial outcomes of playing sports?
- The beneficial outcomes when we are playing or participating in
sports it makes our body strong and a good mental health. It helps us
to reduce our body fats to control body weight. And to skinny person
it helps them to gain weight. Also when we are playing sports it helps
us to be more strategic and to think more better.
