RF -3103F type electron tube is a cermet coaxial structure,

helium-tungsten cathode, medium power forced
air-cooled triode. The maximum operating frequency is Plate Voltage 8kV
120MHz, the maximum anode dissipation power is 12kW, Grid Voltage 900V
and the maximum output power is 33kW. Mainly used for Plate Current 4.8A
industrial high-frequency heating, pulse oscillators and so Grid Current 0.72A
on. It can be used interchangeably with the ITL12-1 Plate Dissipation 8.6kW
electron tube produced in France and the 3CX10000D3 Grid Dissipation 220W
electron tube produced in the United States. Plate Output Power 29kW
