The Puto-Pao Company is very proud and pleased to introduce to you our very
own “Puto-Pao”. It is a combination of Puto – which is a traditional Filipino snack served
anytime of the day, and Siopao – which is a famous food item in china. The Puto-Pao is
a complete food innovation that will surely captivate your stomach. Our group decided
to have our suppliers in which we could easily get to. So our suppliers will be Tagoloan
Mini-Mart and Tagoloan Public Market. We believe that if we arrive from TCC to
Tagoloan Mini-Mart it would only take lesser time since it only takes 213.54 meters. And
from TCC to Tagoloan Public Market it will only take 211.45 meters, a little difference
from TCC to Tagoloan Mini-Mart. It is certainly easy for us to have our supplies because
of the abundance and the availability of the ingredients in both Tagoloan Mini-Mart and
Tagoloan Public Market. In addition, what makes our product and our business
advantageous, is that it is new. New to your eyes and to your taste. That fact alone
makes our business more advantageous than our competitor. People are curious about
things that is new to them, and so, more likely they will feed their curiosity by
approaching us and buy our product. As soon as they have tasted and tried Puto-Pao,
they will surely say the phrase “I want some more”

Target Market
Our target market will be the TCC community. Everyone behind Tagoloan
Community College. No age restriction, no religion requirement, as long as you are part
of TCC and as soon as you go inside the school campus then you can buy our product.
We decided to make them as our target market since we are new to the business world.
We are in state of observing and testing our business. And if our business will succeed,
we will eventually expand and will operate around every corner of TCC and around the
Municipality of Tagoloan.
Pricing
Since we are new in the market, we will start at a friendly and affordable price.
We make sure that our target market which is the TCC community, which typically
composed of students, faculty and staff can afford our product. At Php.10.00 you can be
able to experience and enjoy our delicious Puto-Pao. Note that it is a 2-in-1 snack. If
you buy a puto and siopao alone, it will cost you. However, if you buy our product which
is a combination of both, you will not cost you but will save you.
We will use Social Media. Networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and etc.
encourages online interaction between our customers and our business. It can easily
attract customers since people nowadays prefer online shopping.
We will use Radio. Simply because it’s effective and majority of the audience is usually

With the above plans, we concluded that the business has the capabilities to
compete in the market based on the observations that the group had projected. With
this, we are very much determined to supply the production as to satisfy our customers.
We are very motivated in meeting up the demands of the customers with all efforts
exerted. With regard to the production capacity, we had computed and analyzed every
detail to come up with a good management capability to meet consumer’s demand and
also to anticipate the demands that may arise in the later growth of the business.
