On a quiet March day, I was staring at a white wall with a book in my hand.

Every time I tried to

read a sentence from the book, the words echoed in my head and suffocated me. It was like he
didn't want me to read it. After trying a few more times, I got bored and kept looking at the wall.
Since it was a pale paint and there were yellow spots on it, it was obvious that it had been at least
a few years since it was painted. "So the landlord lied, cunning coffin dodger," I said while
taking a sip from my coffee. I can't imagine how everything he told me turned out to be a lie. He
said he had the doors repaired at first, but the handle of the door, leading to the hall, was ripped
off as soon as I touched it. Now it's the ugly and disgraceful yellow stains, even though he says
he's just painted them. No wonder the rent was so low. "Oh, if I had some more money, I could
have gotten rid of the neighbors in this dump and the headaches caused by 'em," I frowned.

While I blamed myself for all this, a noise interrupted my thoughts and made me instinctively
throw my body to the edge of a seat. The windows were swaying madly. It's like it's going to
break at any moment. After getting out of the shock, I slowly went to the edge of the window.
Given that this "old man" didn't mention a problem with the windows, I didn't think it would be
good to step away from the window as a precaution. When I looked outside a little, I was
confronted with a terrible sight. Lightning flashed everywhere, the sky thundered with all its
intensity, and the wind formed a tornado and threw the bricks it had taken from the roofs of the
houses onto the vehicles. It was raining so much that I could already tell that an inch of water
was accumulating on the ground. I headed towards the door to turn off the switches. But at that
moment, another lightning bolt struck, and all the electricity in the house was gone. And on top
of all these setbacks, there was a big crack in the window. Most likely due to an object being
thrown by the wind.

I turned on the light on my phone and lit the candles in the house. Then I took the tape and glued
it to the window, hoping that the window would not break. Oh, I couldn't sleep for a second that
night. And the worst part is that I had a class tomorrow. I sat by the window, half asleep, all the
time in class. We also had a long quarrel with the landlord about the situation, and naturally, I
was kicked out of the house. I'm still on the streets, thank you, bald bullish.
