prepared and disinfected by the authorized hospital representative before endorsing these units to RBGM
Biomed Engineer.

If the preventive maintenance was not performed by RBGM Biomed Engineer due to unavailability
of equipment such as not found, clinically in use, defective or any other reasons arise by the Institution.

The preventive maintenance will be noted “Done” with remarks stated above in our records. Next
preventive maintenance will be performed according to the planned schedule.
