CLJ 4-CRIMINAL LAW 2 SYLLABUS

COURSE INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOME TOPIC DURATION


COURSE This Is a three (3) unit course which deals mainly with the study of the different crimes and their corresponding penalties as provided under the Revised Penal Code.
DESCRIPTIO Furthermore, it also examines all the elements of crimes embodied in the RPC as well as the different jurisprudence and principles laid down by the Supreme Court.

Prelim A. Identify and explain the requisites of crimes in violation of RA 9165 as 1. RA 9165, as amended (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs 13.5 hours
amended, crimes against persons and crimes against personal liberty and Act of 2002)

2. Crimes against Persons
B. Illustrate how these crimes are committed; and

Finals A. Identify and explain the requisites of crimes against civil status of persons, 10. Crimes against Civil Status of Persons 13.5 hours
crimes against honour, crimes against public morals, and quasi offenses; 11. Crimes against Honor
B. Illustrate how these crimes are committed; and 12. Quasi-Offenses
