Power On 1. Insert IC8(27C256),IC7(TIBPAL16L8-25CN)
IC11(24C16) of Display Console Board
2. IC8 = Program IC , IC11 = Data Save Memory IC
3. Check if +5VDC,+15VDC,GND are programmed into 1,2,3 of
connector P1
A) Check the wire of connector CN2 is wrong.
B) Check dislocation of PCB lag coupled with the connector.

Switch Operation 1. Check Membrane switches are working fine.
2. Check LEDs showing operation sign are lightening.
3. LED for a Ready switch is lightening after 0.8 second when it is pressed
“Ready” with a hand switch on SPOT device for Rad.
4. The sound will ring as long as you set up time with a hand switch
for Rad on SPOT device.

N O A) Check Membrane switches work, and replace it if damaged.

B) Replace Display Console Board
C) Replace CN3 and Flat Cable

Solution 1. Due to sudden voltage fluctuation or noise in a monotank
to Error The data of IC-24C16 where Calibration and Data is saved can
be erased. In this case the sign of E00 appears.
To solve this matter, get into calibration mode and check the data,
and then feed data into a system receiving test report from LISTEM.
2. Replace a monotank if this problem frequently happens.

* Important : When Filament board or Monotank is replaced, make a calibration again.
