Terms and Conditions of the Trade License Issued under Kampala Capital City Authority

This license may be revoked in the event of actions that contravene other laws enforced by the Authority including but not limited to the
Physical Planning Act 2010, Public Health Act Cap 281 and the National Environment Act 1996, as well as other laws enforced by other
agencies of Government if, in the opinion of the Authority it is necessary to do so in order to protect the public from any risk that may be
associated with the continuance of the licensed business.

Key Undertakings of the Trade License Applicant:

The Applicant undertakes that:

1. The business in relation to which this license is issued is conducted in a building that has a certificate of occupancy issued by the City
Authority.
2. The Hygiene and proper waste disposal shall be upheld at all time.
3. The business does not and shall not infringe on any gazetted areas and road reserves.
4. The business does not and shall not cause any excessive noise either by revelers, staff or any instrument or machine that may create any

5. He/she has acquired or shall immediately upon issuance of this license acquire a certificate of medical suitability to operate restaurants,
eateries and any other business in this regard or as required by the specific laws governing the business.
