QUICK START GUIDE

Material for the production of refractory dies for crowns, veneers, onlays and inlays using dental ceramics. (Pro ducing the silicone
duplication (Shore 17) in a pressure pot at 2.0 – 6.0 bar.) Detailed user’s guide can be found at www.shera.de

Technical data Processing time: 5 min


Processing temperature: 20 - 23°C (powder + liquid)
Mixing ratio: 33 g : 6 ml in total

Processing - weigh the powder in a dry vacuum mixer bowl


- add the liquid of the requested concentration
- recommendation:

for veneers, onlays: SHERALIQUID 4 ml


destilled water 2 ml

for inlays: SHERALIQUID 2 ml


destilled water 4 ml

- Mix it thoroughly manually for 15 seconds


- Stir under vacuum for 60 seconds (300 rpm, 80%)
- Spray the silicone mould with surfactant (e.g. SHERARELAXA)
- Fill SHERAREFRACT with the lowest level of vibration
- Cure in the pressure pot for at least 30 minutes
- After another 30 minutes, the dies can be removed from the mould

Degassing 1. Pre-heating furnace 700°C Holding time: 20 minutes


followed by
2. Ceramic ceramic furnace: Initial temperature: 650°C
Heat increase rate: 45°C/minute
Final temperature: 1025°C
Hold time: 5 min.

Rinsing Before the first coat (Connector / Wash Brand) rinse only the veneer with distilled
water until the water arrives on the opposite side. For further information please visit
