= Our group work effectively managed to produce proper outcomes by proper management and
hardwork, but there are times where there are communication issues which caused problems in the
final outcomes

= Yes, their behavior influenced the group dynamics positively which produced a satisfactory
environment, the leaders and members benefited by the positive attitude and behaviors that they
bring to the group.
3. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next
group experience?
= Proper utilization of tools and resources that can benefit the group and producing a better
communications skills to be able to work productively and lessen the misunderstanding when creating
outcomes.
