Introduction:
This report on the fire accident in the model town branch of the company is submitted to the general
manager issued on January 29-2021.
TEXT
The fire broke at night hours of January 28. One day before at fire broke my meeting with the branch
manager. We went to the branch and interviewed the branch manager and security guard. Security guard
called when we heard the loud noise and rushed out the room and call to the rescue 1122 within 20 minutes
rescue come and control fire, than situation controlled.
REPORT:
I have made inventory which goods consumed by fire, chairs tables, personal computers 3, some cash, and 2
doors.
SUGGESTION:
1. We request to main branch manager give some cash that we repair furniture.
2. Periodical safety-inspections of the branches be carried out from time to time.
