Impaired Memory Teaching Plan

General Objectives

Establish methods to help in remembering essential things when possible

Specific Objectives

Within 2 hours of the educator- learner interaction, the educator will be able to:

• Explain and elaborate the ways on how to have a healthy diet for healthy brain.

• Cite appropriate memory-retaining techniques and establish compensation strategies.

• Instruct client and family in associate-learning tasks, such as practice sessions recalling
personal information and reminiscing.

• Discuss on how to have an effective communication for older adults.

• Lists the benefits of social participation for the older adult`s mental health.
