Executive Summary
Scholasta’s Ink & Piercing is a neighbourhood tattoo and
Piercing studio owned by two art lovers namely Kate and Shazney.
The shop is located at the second Floor of Milan Building near
the Plaza.

This is the perfect place to satisfy your craving for body

art. We have a team of fun, artistic and very talented artists.
Small, introductory tattoos from existing designs will be
available, as well as basic tattoos that may be completed in an
hour and full half-day sessions with the artists. Customers can
request extended discussions and unique design work from the
artists. The shop will also have piercing sessions and sell a
variety of clothing products.

The business needs only 50,000 pesos to launch, due to the low
capital requirements of the business and the intention to use
low-cost marketing techniques and direct selling to find initial
customers. .

Oppurtunity
Since Tattoos and piercings are very popular to millenials
nowadays, Scholasta’s Ink and Piercings take this as an
opportunity to dominate the Art Community in the City.
Scholasta’s Ink and piercing will create safe and impressive
tattoo art for Art enthusiasts in the City.

Expectations
Similarly, our objective is straightforward. We aim to have the
cleanest, most efficient facilities possible in order to provide
the finest possible service to our most important clients. We
hire some of the city’s best artists and teach them in customer
service so that our customers are handled as anyone spending
their hard-earned money should be treated. The business will
provide color tattoos both from original designs by the artists
and basic public domain designs. Original designs which are
considered the best by the artists and the customers will be
printed onto t-shirts, posters, and other resale items and sold
through the shop as well with Tablature Tattoo branding and
signatures by the artists.

Problem and Solution

Since Scholasta's ink and piercing is new in the city, the
possible problem is how to make the business more popular. In
order to have more customers we decided to use social media and
radio broadcasts. Scholasta's ink and piercing will be having an
account on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube to attract
more customers. Another problem is the prices of the material.
Tattoo supplies include chemicals (soap, ointment, sterilizers,
etc..), paper products, linens, towel, gloves, and skin marking
supplies (stencil paper, pens, skin scribes, etc..). and for
piercings are needles, gloves, skin marking supplies, etc..

Target Market

Scholasta's ink and piercing will seek to serve both markets

by advertising both its introductory design and the elaborate
design work they are capable of. The target market of of
Scholasta’s are those who are into rock music, sensitive/
sentimental people and Art lovers.

Competition

Scholasta's ink and piercing does not have that much competition
within the City, but there may be other tattoo artist but they
remain one hour away from us.
Execution

Marketing and sales

The market segment in Cabadbaran City include residents in
Cabadbaran and surrounding cities and municipalities who may
travel just to get tattooed. Scholasta's ink and piercing will
also use occasionally discounts such as birthday discounts,
holiday discounts and festival discounts to get more customers
and to attract more people from different cities.

Operations

The daily operation of Scholasta's ink and piercing will usually

consist of opening at 10:00 in the morning and 9:00 in the
evening. The business will operate six days a week, will usually
close on sundays for day off and any other holidays. This will
not affect the business since we also do home services if you
cooperate with us.

Company

Overview
Tattoos often represent thoughts and feelings that we have not
spoken about or acknowledged, even to ourselves. As Amalia puts
it: “I had this image in my head, but I could not express it in
words.” Scholasta's ink and piercing was generated from the owner
itself, Kate and Shazney. Scholasta's ink and piercing is a
tattoo and piercing shop in Cabadbaran City. Both owner, Kate and
Shazney are fans of tattoos and piercings and always dreamed of
having their own shop.

Team
Working as a tattoo artist involves working in an independent
setting while performing tattooing procedures on clients. We
would only accept a tattoo artist who already has experience on
both tattoo and piercing session. Tattoo artist must have the
skill and passion when doing their work on their clients.
