DIRECTIONS TO THE OBSERVERS:


1. Conduct fleeting observations and observe how well the teacher performed during the classroom observation.
2. Since this is fleeting in context, the school head, head teachers or the master teachers will only identify a particular theme to observe for 10-15
minutes. (Ex. the observer will only focus on content for that observation or either strategy). Other indicators will be observed on other fleeting
visits.
3. Mark the appropriate column with a (✓) symbol if the indicator is evident or not.
4. Write down some observations in the “Remarks” column. The unmet targets reflected in the remarks shall be the basis of PMCF.
5. Each indicator is assessed on an individual basis, regardless of its relationship to other indicators.
