Methodology:
 Introduce the topic and share learning outcomes with the students.
 Introduce the objective of the lesson.
 Teacher will introduce students to the concepts of Processors. The development of
computer systems is normally discussed as the development over different
generations.
Teacher will discuss the emerging technologies by asking the students questions like:
 What new technological trends they can see in the global community?
 What do they understand by the term Artificial Intelligence and Robotics?
 Do they have an experience of Virtual Reality games?
Talking about the emerging technologies some of the most important and advanced
technologies introduced are:
 Artificial Intelligence:
 Biometrics:
 Robotics:
 3D and Holographic Imaging:
 Virtual Reality
 Self-Driving Cars
 Teacher will share the success criteria.
Activity:
 Ask the students to browse internet and discover about the generations of processors.

Sub topic: Lesson : Working with Word Processor
SLO (s): Students will be able to:
 develop and demonstrate word- processing and presentation skills (using various software
tools e.g. MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Prezi, Canva, Photo Story, Movie-maker, etc.)
Skills focused on :
 Identification, Observation, Explanation and Discussion.
Resources: Laptop/Smart Board, Whiteboard and computer.
Methodology:
 Introduce the topic and share learning outcomes with the students.
 Introduce the objective of the lesson.
 The teacher should start from the introduction of word processing software. They are
used to create, process, and produce documents. They enable users to modify and
edit text and objects, format documents for better readability and appearance, store
documents for later use, and print copies of them.
 Many types of word processing software are commercially available. Common examples
are MS Office Word, Google Drive Document, Word Perfect, and Open Office Writer.
 At this level, we will only explore MS Office word. The features that the teacher must
go through are as follows:
Create, Save, and Open Files
 Add and Modify Text to a Document
 Format a Document
 Teacher will share the success criteria.
Activity:
