My name is mirko
I've 27 years old
I studied aviation in Brazil.
To date, I live in Surco, Lima’s district, but i've studied for four years in Sao
Paolo.
In addition, I’ve a lot of experience in customer service in different companies.
My experience in customer service is my main reason to opt for your company And
that's why I would love to be part of your team and continue to grow
professionally.
Apart from that, in my free time I enjoy jogging and playing soccer
with my brother and friends.

Una vez, un pasajero estaba en el aeropuerto, él estaba desesperado porque había

perdido su vuelo porque él habia llegado tarde, Cuando yo lo atendí intenté
calmarlo y le brindé una solución inmediata, ofreciendole otras opciones de vuelos
para que pueda hacer su viaje sin pagar nada adicional. Felizmente el pasajero pudo
embarcarse en el siguiente vuelo y me dió las gracias.

- I’ve always wanted to work in an environment where I can apply the Portuguese

Why are you leaving your job?

While overall my experience at the Company . was a positive and rewarding YORNY,
after several years I feel I have hit a PLATOU in terms of growth and new
challenges. I’m now looking for a company where I can CANCHRIBIUT with my costumer
care skills and grow in a team-ORIENTED environment

Si bien en general mi experiencia en la Compañía . fue un viaje positivo y

gratificante, después de varios años siento que me he estancado en términos de
crecimiento y nuevos desafíos. Ahora estoy buscando una empresa en la que pueda

- Well, one of my strengths is communication and in my opinion I think this is very
important in order to PROVAID good customer service, I also have the experience and
vocation for the customer service position in Portuguese. I like to help other
people, I consider myself a respectful and responsible person, I can adapt very
ESILY to the rules of a company.
- Bueno, una de mis fortalezas es la comunicación y en mi opinión creo que esto es
muy importante para poder brindarle un buen servicio al cliente, Tambien tengo la
experiencia y vocacion para el puesto de atencion al cliente en portugues. Me gusta

¿Cual era tu antiguo trabajo y porque lo dejaste?

- My old job was in a Peruvian company COLD Fusion and I was in charge of customer
service in the Portuguese language and I left that job because the Portuguese area
closed and the company also
changed its location and the TRUTH is that it was very far from my house.

-Mi antiguo trabajo era en una empresa peruana que se llama Fusion y estaba a cargo
de la atención al cliente en el idioma portugués y dejé ese trabajo porque el área
de portugués cerró y la empresa también cambió su ubicación y la verdad es que
estaba muy lejos de mi casa.

¿Que estudiaste y por que?

- I studied civil aviation in Brazil because SINZ I was a child I loved airplanes
thanks to my father who was part of the Peruvian air force, and my dream was always
to be a pilot.

- Estudié aviación civil en Brasil porque desde niño me encantaron los aviones
gracias a mi padre que formaba parte de la fuerza aérea peruana, y mi sueño siempre
fue ser piloto.

- Honestly, I don't know but I see myself growing more and more and becoming part

- Honestamente, no lo sé pero me veo creciendo cada vez más y formando parte de su

“I actually work better under pressure. Good pressure,helps me to stay motivated

and productive. If stress gets to a breaking point, then I cope with practices SACH
as PRAIORITAIZIN tasks, DELEGEIRING, deep BRIDING, exercise… But overall I feel I
TRAIF under quick DEDLAINS and MULTIPOL projects.”
