What is the image of yourself that you see bounced back to you?

Inner quality: (kindness, anger...)

Rate the amount of stress you are carrying from 1-10 (1-very little, 10-
over the top)

What can you do to relieve some stress in the next 24 hours? (take a
walk, attend a relaxing yoga class...)

With your preferred scheduling tool, set aside small chunks of time in
the next 2 weeks for "mini vacations." This may be just 5-15 minutes,
but schdule it in!
Days and times of "mini vacations" for next 2 weeks:

Find an area for your personal "mini retreat." This can be part of your
office space, a park bench or an area on your home patio.
