Essay

Among the events in athletics, what event do you like the most? Explain.

 I would choose the event Sprint. I would love to try this event because I think it is the
easiest event and also, I think I run. I just need proper training and practice to be able to
execute this sport. Running is also one of the best exercises because it doesn’t also
focus on one part of the body. It is also good for the heart. We can get a lot of benefits
from this event. It also fun to watch because I get excited every time players try to
outrun each other.
