IT PTO News - Week of October 23, 2022

Spiritwear Final Update

Remaining spiritwear orders were delivered via backpack last
week. If your child did not receive an order, it should come home
early this week.

We noticed after distribution started that some orders were made

before parents updated classroom teachers in their PTO accounts,
causing an error on the delivery labels. Some student orders went
to their teacher from last year, so it's taking extra time to get those
to the correct place.

Thank you again to those who were able to swing by and grab
orders earlier in the week. This helped us not overwhelm staff with
hundreds of bags.

Food Pantry!

Please remember that the pantry is always in need of donations,

even when our district PTOs are not running donation drives.
Please check HERE for current needs and hours of operation.
Committee Chair Reminder: Reports
Please remember to submit any reports or questions you have for
Exec Board or school admins before noon this Monday, 10/24.
Check your email from 10/17 for full details.

Our next meeting for all PTO members is scheduled for Nov. 14th.

Room Parent Reminder

Please remember to let Jennifer Katz know which after-school
time you are attending for autumn door decorating. PTO bulletin
paper, painters' tape, and some scissors will be available. Email
indiantrailpto@gmail.com if you are missing any other supplies.

If you are part of the room parent team for front archway
decorations, we will see you on 10/30!
