Value System

FAMBRAS’ value system is entirely based on Islamic principles. Their ideology

states that Islam advocates life as a gift from God, ornamented by everything that exists in
nature – whether visible or invisible. Every and each being, deserves respect from Muslims,
as well as care. This ideology of consideration, peace, security and tolerance that FAMBRAS
fiercely defends, are in accordance to the spiritual equality present in the Quran and Sunna.

Within its Mission, FAMBRAS states that, although there is a mass amount of
communication around the globe, thanks to the modernity available, they observed a massive
disinformation level in all society layers. Therefore, the core aim is to contribute to
strengthen and unite all Islamic entities in Brazil, enriching the teachings with the correct
information about Islam and its principles; certifying and disseminating the Halal concept in
the world, fulfilling the demand of the Muslim community.

Its Vision is to become the major reference of an Islamic Entity in Brazil. The vision
and mission are going to be achieved through its Values, which are “Faith, integrity,
excellence, quality, transparency, dynamism, and tolerance.”1

FAMBRAS follows an up-to-date standard of communication, guided by the terms of

the humanitarian words of the Qur'an and Sunna, encouraging cooperation, promoting peace,
tolerance and dialogue with all beings despite of differences, always making use of wisdom,
dialogic moderation, and consideration of common values. This is implemented according to
the Quran words in chapter 26, verse 125: “Call (O Muhammad, the humans) to the path of
your Lord with wisdom and beautiful exhortation; and dialogue with them in a benevolent
manner. ”2
