completed the attestation form. Be prepared to show these (in digital or printed
form) to a JetBlue crewmember either when you check your bags or at the gate
prior to boarding.

All travelers must also complete a health declaration during check-in—starting 24 hours
before departure—stating that you won’t travel if you have a fever or have had contact
with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days. We’ll send you a
reminder when it’s time to check in.
