CONDITIONS:
1. Check payment(s) are only considered as payment upon bank clearing.
2. For returned checks, a minimum of Php 2,500 per check shall be charged to the drawer.
3. BID reserves the right to refuse acceptance of check at anytime, should the circumstances
warrant.
4. In the event that a check is dishonored by the bank for any reason whatsoever, the check must
be redeemed in full in cash plus bank charges, within 3 days from receipt of notice. Otherwise
a civil and criminal action will be filed against the payor.
5. In case of suit to enforce payment, I/We hereby agree to pay at 30% per annum plus 25% of the
amount due for and as attorney's fee in addition to the cost of suit.
