Greetings!

Please be informed that the Engineering Team of The Hive will be conducting monthly load
testing on our electrical system every 3rd Saturday of the Month. During this time, there may
be brief power outages or fluctuations in service.

This test is necessary in order to ensure that our electrical system (generator, transfer
switches, breakers, etc) is working and allows us to identify any potential problems that
could occur during actual use.
