1 WHAT ARE THE OFFERINGS AVAILABLE BY PR1MA COMM?


We have simplified our offerings with two (2) new plans available to
cater to the variety needs by the consumer:

• The existing plan with the speed of 30 Mbps with unlimited quota
is now at RM79 per month.

• A new plan, PR1MA 60 Mbps that comes with unlimited quota at


RM99 per month.

WHO CAN APPLY THIS NEW PACKAGE FOR PR1MA COMM


3 BROADBAND PLAN?
PR1MA homeowners and existing subscribers, depends on the term &
condition.

4 ARE THE EXISTING SUBSCRIBER ABLE TO CHANGE TO NEW PACKAGE?


Yes, the existing subscribers able to change to the new package but
required to fill up a new application form and send to
enquiry@pr1macomm.my

5 WHEN IS THE NEW PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR SUBSCRIBER?


The new package is available to be subscribe starting 1 October 2020.

6 HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO BROADBAND PACKAGES?


You may subscribe to any of the package at our touchpoints below:

7 DOES THE PACKAGE IS INCLUDED VOICE PLAN?


Voice Plan not included in the new packages. Subscribers able to add
on the Voice Plan at RM 10 (monthly).

8 WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PERIOD OF THE NEW PACKAGE?


The subscription contract period is 24 month.

9 WHAT IF SUBSCRIBER TERMINATE THE PACKAGE WITHIN THE


CONTRACT PERIOD?
A penalty of RM500 shall be imposed if a subscriber terminates the
subscription package or discontinue service account within the
contract period.

WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT TO SUBSCRIBE THE BROADBAND
PACKAGE?
Subscriber need to fill up broadband application form which is
available at out our touchpoints and send the application form with
necessary documents to email enquiry@pr1macomm.my

WHAT IS THE NEXT ACTION ONCE PR1MA COMM RECEIVED THE
APPLICATION FORM?
Our Call Centre agent will contact subscriber to set an appointment
based on available slot and 'First Come First Serve' basis

3 DOES ANY COST IMPOSED FOR INSTALLATION?


No

3 WHAT HOMEOWNER NEED TO DO IF THE BROADBAND PORT POINT


IN THE RESIDENCE IS FAULTY?

The port warranty is in line with PR1MA homes development.


Homeowner are advised to appoint a contractor and all costs will are
not claimable to PR1MA Communications Sdn Bhd.

4 WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT UPON THE BROADBAND INSTALLATION?

• Homeowner/appointed next kin must be available at residence on


the appointment date

• Subscriber need to prepare hard copy of signed application form


(original signed) for LHDN submission.

• Subscriber or next kin require to sign Service Acceptance Form


(SAF) after the installation complete

1 WHAT IS MODULATOR?
Convert an optical signal back to exactly what was being received from
the satellite and or the terrestrial antennas.

2 WHY NEED TO INSTALL MODULATOR?


Allow homeowner who are intend to subscribe Astro and view MyTV
channel without using Satellite Dish.

3 HOW TO INSTALL MODULATOR?


Modulator has installed in all PR1MA Development EXCEPT for
Residensi Alam Damai. Therefore, the resident of Alam Damai able to
contact our touchpoint below to request modulator appointment.

4 WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT UPON THE MODULATOR INSTALLATION?


• Homeowner/appointed next kin must be available at residence
during the appointment date.

• Homeowner need to have a smart TV for modulator installation.

• Homeowner must prepare COAXIAL/RG6 Cable. This cable is to


connect the modulator to the TV or Astro.

• Homeowner/appointed next kin need to verify and sign “Handing


Over Checklist Form” after installation complete.

5 DOES ANY COST IMPOSED FOR MODULATOR INSTALLATION?

6 WHAT IF THE MODULATOR AT FAULT?


Modulator has 2-years warranty from date installed. Homeowner
need to raise a fault complaint at our touchpoint below for
replacement appointment.

7 WHAT HOMEOWNER NEED TO DO IF THE MODULATOR PORT POINT


IN THE RESIDENCE IS FAULTY?

The port warranty is in line with PR1MA Homes Development.


Homeowner are advised to appoint a contractor and all costs will are
not claimable to PR1MA Communications Sdn. Bhd.

8 WHAT IF THE MODULATOR IS MISSING?


PR1MA Communications provides ONLY one (1) modulator in each
unit of PR1MA Homes. PR1MA Communications will not bear or
replace the missing modulator.

1 HOW WILL SUBSCRIBER RECEIVE MONTHLY BILL ("INVOICE")?


Invoice will be sent to the subscriber's email according to the
broadband registration form.

2 WHEN WILL SUBSCRIBER WILL RECEIVED THE INVOICE?


Subscribers will be received monthly invoice by end of every month.

Note:
i. Subscription charges will start from installation date.
ii. First invoice charges (prorated) is depending on the installation
date.
3 WHAT IF SUBSCRIBER DID NOT RECEIVED INVOICE?

4 WHAT IF SUBSCRIBER WANTS TO DISPUTE INVOICE?


Subscriber may send an email to customer.billing@pr1macomm.my
and provide an appropriate documentations and justification.

5 HOW WILL SUBSCRIBER MADE INVOICE PAYMENT


Invoice payment is only via JomPAY.

New Subscriber will receive the payment steps through First Monthly
Subscription Invoice.
