What was it?

Cenozoic, meaning “recent life”, is the era that we are


currently living in.

● It began just after the Cretaceous period.

● Earth’s flora and fauna formed into what it is today.

● Continents were moving to their respective spots.

Evolution was still happening at a rapid pace and there was a
