Commercial Terms and Conditions

1. Rates are F.O.R. site and inclusive of all taxes, Excise duty, Insurance and freight.In case of wall
tiles & digital floor Form C & Road Permit will be required otherwise 14 % VAT will be
applicable on the above mentioned rates.
2. Others….Govt. Levies like taxes, excise duty etc shall be ruling at the time of delivery. 
3. Schedule of Dispatch… This is required with the order to make it complete.
4. Transit damages: In the event of any unforeseen transit damages, have to be claimed from
insurance company after completing the required formalities not by deducting payment. 
5. Unloading…To be arranged by you and at your cost. 
6. Validity of Quotation: up to 31.12.2014
7. Price Validity: up to 31.12.2014
8. We reserve our right to review prices in the event of a substantial escalation in prices of fuel/gas,
used in our manufacturing plant. 
9. Terms of Payment: Payment required within 10 days from the date of receipt of material, in
favor of “M/s Kajaria Ceramics Limited”/Our Authorised Dealer.
10. Delivery of less than a truckload cannot be guaranteed within a deadline as it is subject to
truckload formation.
11. Any other additional levies such as Octroi, Toll tax etc. if applicable will be borne by you.
12. Local Freight will be charged extra, if not a truckload.
