Answer:
The flag is the most important symbol of the country. It is the country's symbol of liberty.
It depicts the Filipino people's goals and feelings in their never-ending fight for independence,
symbolizing patriotism, love of country, and sense of nationhood.

2. What do the symbols in the Philippine flag represent?

Answer:

The white triangle represents equality and brotherhood, while the blue field represents
peace, truth, and justice, while the red field represents patriotism and heroism. The sun's eight
beams represent the colonists' first eight provinces under martial law: Manila, Cavite, Bulacan,
Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Laguna, and Batangas. The three stars represent Luzon,
Visayas, and Mindanao, respectively.
