- My contribution that I can give is that I can help them in anything that our organization or
group need. I can help them by following their rules and helping any members of the group, also
by doing the right things to make our organization grow.

3. (As a Leader)
Scenario: Patrick and Rey are not in good terms for some issues in the organization.
What are the practical steps that you will undertake to resolve such conflict?
- To resolve this conflict I will first, talk to each of them and listen to their issues on what are the
problems on why are not in good terms. Then, I will tell each of them to talk to each other and
have a conversation about their problems, but if they still not understand each other I will find a
way to solve it and tell them that their issues cannot help the organization to grow and they must
accept and forgive each other.
