● It’s all about the media influencing people to be fit or to achieve their dream bodies.

● Some people think that a healthier way to eat is to consume less fatty foods such as

nuts, meat, oil, and butter.

3. What is the thesis statement?

● In today's society,the media influence everyone on how they should present

themselves to the public.Thus,it also sets the standard of one’s dream body.

4. What will the essay cover?

● Media influencers showing the transformation of their body into their dream body with

the help of doctors. They talk about the right way to achieve their dream body. They

also discussed the importance of every meal they eat when achieving their dream

body.

5. What do you think is the purpose of the essay?


● The purpose of the essay is to provide detailed information on the various fats known

today, benefits and harms when consumed, and inequalities with other

macronutrients specific carbohydrates, and proteins.

CONCLUSION

1.​ ​What are the main points of the work that are mentioned in the paragraph?

● The knowledge about fats is relevant in the world of science because it does not only

give a better understanding of one’s own bodily image but more importantly how the

body functions and repairs itself.

2.​ ​Why is it important to study fats? In what field is it relevant and why?

● Having knowledge of fat is important to know that not all fats are the same.

Excessive or insufficient amounts of fat taken can lead to many health problems

which is why we also need to know a few things about fat. It is related to the study of

engineering. Not all metals have the same process of building a structure, they have

their own function. Also, not all surfaces can build a house. There are some ground

surfaces that cannot form certain structures because they are too soft or too high in
the ground. Same thing with fat studies, not all fats are the same. Like things that are

identical but have different functions.
