times are therefore as per the current status at each manufacturing/supplier facility and may/may not vary as the situation develops. Delivery & Service is subject
to the manufacturing/supply circumstances and therefore WI will not be held liable for any backlog and will not accept any form of penalty for delay in

> Delay in Materials Collection: If the goods are not collected within 60 days of material availability , WI will issue the Sales Invoice and if there is a delay in
the payment after Invoice issuance, an interest of 1.5% per month will be applied on the total Invoice Value effective from the date of the Invoice.
