guidelines for child restraint system (CRS) in the country.

Instead, action will be taken against manufacturers under the Consumer


Protection Act 1999 and the Trade Description Act 2011 for failing to
comply with the stipulated standards, Transport Minister Anthony Loke
Siew Fook said.
