Ed, thanks Chad and I talked last night and we want to put this to bad, if he can scrub the entire 20,000 ( bank owned and serviced) he can have first right, as long as he understand we will have to get at least one
other competitive bid to stay in compliance, let's rick and roll on this. Vic

Hey Chad,

I have a possible remedy for finding out how many of the 4000+ first lien walk accounts are still secured. Our investor from S&A Capital is willing to scrub the file and let us know which accounts are unsecured, but
he would also like the opportunity to bid on the accounts as one off note sales. I think as long as the list is submitted to at least one other investor we can justify allowing him to purchase some of those notes. This
not only saves us the time and money of scrubbing these accounts, but it may actually help us realize a profit from our efforts. Let me know your thoughts. I know John had an investor who was interested in buying
first liens and we may be able to send the list to other investors as well.
