Arrangements for Special Holiday and Second Term (Students’ Version)

1. Revised School Calendar

The revised School Calendar is attached for your reference. A number of changes are made. Please pay extra
attention to those marked in red.

2. F.4 & F.5 Online Supplementary Lesson

In order to reduce the teaching time loss in the pandemic, supplementary lessons will be arranged from 14
Mar to 13 April during the special holiday. To reduce the stress of students and teachers, supplementary
lessons will be suspended during the Whole-territory Compulsory Test period which is not yet announced by
the government.
Supplementary lessons will be arranged in some of the timetabled lessons of the subjects concerned. The
exact dates will be marked in the Booking System (https://www.mckln.edu.hk/booking).
In case of absence, please inform the teacher concerned so that he/she will prepare the recording for you.

3. F.6 Online Revision Lessons

The Zoom room arrangement is the same as that of the online lessons.

4. Uniform Test Arrangement

Uniform tests will be conducted from 29 April to 5 May for F.1 to F.3. During that period, their morning
lessons will be suspended. Here is the test schedule for your reference.

Subject teachers will let the students know the coverage of the tests by 11 March (Fri). It will also be posted
to the Booking System (https://www.mckln.edu.hk/booking) by 15 March (Tue).

5. F.1-3 Online Remedial Classes

Math remedial classes will continue from 15 March to 12 April at the same scheduled time. Lessons which
fall within the Whole-territory Compulsory Testing period (the exact dates not yet known) will be suspended.
English remedial classes will not be conducted every week. Students should pay attention to the teachers'
special instructions for the dates and times of the classes to be held.
