BATTLE OF THE BRAINS MECHANICS (FACE-TO-FACE)

Guidelines:

1. The Quiz Bee is open to all bona fide students WCC Antipolo.
2. Each department can have 1 team composed of 2 members.
3. Participants must provide their own illustration board/white board and marker to
be used during the contest proper
4. The topics included in the quiz bee will be: Rizal, Epic, Current events, History and
Mathematics in Modern World.
5. Interested participants should register online through
https://forms.gle/7NhrkDvxPtVdjdxj7 on or before October 15, 2022.

Mechanics:

1. The contest is divided into three rounds as indicated in the table.

2. The questions will be given in both multiple choice and identification format.
3. The quiz master will read the questions and the contestants will be given the
allotted time to write their answers in the show board.
4. When the time is up, the committee will ring the buzzer or bell to signal the
contestants to stop writing.
5. In between rounds. The cumulative score of each team will be computed and
ranking will be announced.
6. All groups will play all the 3 rounds to get the final score.
7. In case of tie, clincher questions will be given. First group to get 2 out of 3
questions will be declared as the champion.
