TITLE OF ACTION RESEARCH: IMPLEMENTATION OF NON MONETARY INCENTIVES

AS A MOTIVATION TOOL TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE AT CLOUDERA

AVIATION SERVICES SENDIRIAN BERHAD

Good Morning. I’m Malenee D/O Chandran, a student from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
(UTM), Kuala Lumpur Campus pursuing Master of Business Administration (MBA). Thank you
for your assistance and willingness to participate in this interview session. The main purpose and
objective of this interview session is to determine the effectiveness of intervention planned and
the improvement in the employees’ performance level through non-monetary incentives (career
development, recognition and rewards) as a motivation tool in Cloudera Aviation Services Sdn
Bhd. This interview section will take an approximately of about 15-20 minutes only. I would like
to seek your cooperation to help me in conducting and completing the interview. As you have
consented by agreeing to be interviewed, I will be taking notes during the interview and all the
information acquired from the interview will be kept CONFIDENTIAL and solely used for
RESEARCH PURPOSE ONLY.
