On the day of your appointment, please report to the Canadian Embassy IMMIGRATION entrance (2/8 Piekna
Street) and show this invitation and your Biometric Instruction Letter.
You will be asked to present this letter along with your valid photo identification.
 
You must have your passport (your Internal Ukrainian Passport or your National ID Card will be accepted if you
do not have a passport) and a printed (paper) copy of your Biometric Instruction Letter with you. If you are
currently in Poland but do not have your Ukrainian passport please bring two passport-sized photos with you to
the appointment.
 
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
 
1. All visitors must wear a mask in accordance with COVID procedures.
2. Only individuals scheduled to provide biometrics will be admitted. Identities will be verified before admission.
Minor children you cannot find alternate care for and persons accompanying individuals requiring mobility
assistance are excepted. ALL visitors must have proper ID even if they are not providing biometrics.
3. Luggage, such as backpacks, suitcases or packages larger than a standard handbag, are not allowed into the
Embassy.
4. The Embassy offers no storage facilities and applicants carrying such items will not be allowed entry.
5. If you are travelling with luggage, please secure it elsewhere before approaching the Embassy.
6. Applicants are also discouraged from bringing mobile phones or other electronic devices, such as Blackberries,
iPods, PDAs and remote-entry automobile keys, to the Embassy. Holders of such items will be delayed for searches
and examination.
