The trainer was good in her specialization. She communicated well thus could
delivered instructions clearly. She was also nice and approachable. To sum up she
was an example of a proficient trainer. On the other hand the learning materials
were adequately given to the trainees. However, the lecture area is not conducive
to learning due to poor lighting and the demo farm had lack some equipment such
as sorting equipment.
